Koji Fine Foods

Owned and operated by Denver Mace, Koji Fine Foods is the first place to make shoyu (soy sauce) in Canada. Born out of a passion for providing fermented foods to the Vancouver community, Denver journeyed into brewing groundbreaking shoyu after visiting Japan and learning how to make miso!

Because of this, we have a great respect for Denver’s product. This shoyu is deserving of a five star review every time, made with all-Canadian soybeans.
