Chanterelles. Every year we go foraging with the kids and bring home some and cook them up. They never eat them though
Does British cuisine get a bad rap?
Yes!!!! Fish and chips, Pie and mash. Yorkshire puddings. Sunday roasts. Full English breakfasts, Scotch eggs, Bubble n squeak. Bangers n mash. Anything at St Johns restaurant. Come on!
The Smiths or The Cure?
Love The Cure but its gotta be The Smiths. Morrissey may have gone a bit wrong but Johnny Marr is a genius. He also joined one of my favourite bands, The Cribs, for an album back in the late 2000’s
