The Acorn Restaurant, Wildcraft Foraging, and Summerhill Winery are teaming up to create an exclusive dining experience. Diners will be treated to a five-course dinner with wine pairings at Vancouver’s most popular vegetable forward eatery.  Chef Brian Luptak + Sous-Chef Devon Latte will be creating a unique, one-night-only menu from a variety of specially foraged wild mushrooms courtesy of Victoria, BC’s Lance “Wildcraft” Staples. Each course (including dessert!) will involve a celebration of the unique varieties of local mushrooms currently in season.
